Partnering with PMNCH to enhance women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health

We’re delighted to announce our new membership of PMNCH, the world’s largest alliance for women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health.  The new membership to the global organisation reinforces our commitment to working in partnership to build a more equitable world and ensure the best possible future for every woman, child and adolescent.

As a new member to PMNCH, MAMA becomes part of the strong global voice for change. Our organisation joins the NGO category, one of the 10 constituencies that make up the powerful global platform.

The membership provides multiple benefits to us as an organisation committed to strengthening and promoting reproductive health of women and girls, children’s health and overall health in rural and marginalised communities in Kenya and Africa.

Partnership with PMNCH provides us access to events and networking opportunities, access to the latest knowledge and resources and visibility instrumental to enhancing provision of quality healthcare and subsequent socioeconomic development in the communities that work with us in Kenya.

PMNCH’s mission is to mobilise, align and amplify the voices of its 1,200+ partners around the world, seeking changes in policy, financing and services. Like us, the organisation believes “we can be much greater together than the sum of our parts, while holding each other accountable.”

We look forward to working with PMNCH and other partners in strengthening community health systems in rural and marginalised areas in Africa to ensure equitable access to women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health, while injecting socioeconomic development in our communities.

We are partners for change.
