Emmy Bett is the Human Resource and Admin Lead for MAMA. She provides strategic guidance on HR and administrative affairs of the organization. She is committed to developing effectively performing teams and a healthy workplace.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration with a major in human resources and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Emmy has worked as a member of multiple corporate social initiatives and successfully oversaw company sponsored Environmental and social Government Projects until completion, helping communities build adaptability and resilience amid climate change. Emmy also holds a Certificate in Counselling from The institute of Human Resources, professional skills she employs in caring for the wellness of the organization’s personnel and teams.
